here’s what we need from you.

To build Fly Thai Sky a live, booking-ready website, we need the answers below. Every item maps directly to a page, a button or a payment on the new site; nothing here is homework for its own sake. Type your answers straight into the boxes; they save automatically as you go. When you’re done, hit “Download completed copy” at the bottom and email the file back to us.

Brand & business basics

The identity layer: everything the site displays, prints on invoices and bakes into the footer.

Access we need before anything can go live. Share passwords via a password manager, never by email.

  • Registrar login (or delegate access) for DNS
  • Preferred hosting: alongside thaiskyadventures.com, or new account?
  • Cloudflare account (or we create one under Fresh Digital management)
If the domain is not yet registered, register it NOW, plus the .co.th if eligible

  • Google Business Profile: claim or create for the tunnel location
  • Google Analytics / Search Console / Tag Manager accounts

Contact channels & location

Every number and address the site publishes. These feed the header, footer, contact page, booking confirmations and Google.

  • Where is the facility located? Full street address in English AND Thai script (city / district / province)

Bookings & payment rails

How customers book and pay: the single most important system on the site.

  • How far ahead can customers book? Same-day walk-ins?
  • Deposit or full payment at booking?

  • Preferred gateway: Omise, 2C2P, Stripe, GB Prime Pay? (Thai cards + international needed)
  • PromptPay QR: business PromptPay ID
  • EFT / bank transfer details for group & corporate invoicing (bank, account name, SWIFT for intl)
  • Cash / TrueMoney accepted on-site?
  • Who issues tax invoices, and what must appear on them?
Gateway approval can take 2–4 weeks in Thailand, so decide early

Content & proof

The words and trust signals the site needs from your side.

  • Instructor names + certifications (IBA ratings) to feature
  • Who approves the Thai translations? (Native-speaker sign-off)
Legal & compliance
  • Terms & Conditions, adapt from Thai Sky Adventures or write fresh?
  • Refund policy (must match the booking rules above)
  • Privacy policy, PDPA (Thailand) compliant; cookie notice
  • Minor consent process, guardian signature rules
  • Public liability insurance (insurer, coverage): publish or not?
  • Any attraction licensing requirements in your province
Longest-lead items to start first: domain ownership, payment-gateway account approval (2–4 weeks in Thailand), and LINE Official Account verification. All three can run while design is being finalised.
